Caregiver Sharing Activity: Connect Our Body and Mind

The yoga group instructor will lead the participants to relieve stress while doing stretching and sharing their life moments as a caregiver. The instructor is a trained volunteer with professional yoga instructor qualifications, and also a caregiver of who was suffered from emotional distress.

Subject Seminar: Practical Applications of Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Since 2017, the Jockey Club Emotional GPS Psychological Support Program (eGPS) has implemented Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (LICBT) services in Hong Kong with reference to the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) in the UK with remarkable results. This seminar will introduce eGPS services and low-intensity cognitive behavioral therapy in detail.

Subject Talk on Menopause Healthy Diet

Mental Wellness Self-management Workshop

This program, co-organized by New Life and The Education University of Hong Kong, is adapted from Self Help Plus, a group-based stress management course developed by World Health Organization. It aims to support people with mild psychological stress and provide them with stress management skills that reduce the impact of unwanted thoughts and feelings; and cope with life stressors in accordance with one’s personal value.

This course will use the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy to explain the causes of insomnia and ways to improve sleep. ADHD Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Group for Adults

This CBT group is designed for adults with ADHD (Adult Attention-deficit Hyperkinetic Disorders, referred to as ADHD), aiming to enhance the patient's ability development, improve organization and planning ability, manage focus and distraction, and improve procrastination thinking.
