Service Introduction - The project was completed in December 2022.
The V-Reach Project, funded by the Koo’s Giving Charitable Foundation, provides Virtual Reality (VR) based vocational training for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (PWA) from September 2019 to December 2022. The project aims to strengthen the PWA’s career planning, interpersonal skills and adaptation skills in workplace and enhance their employability.
The project served over 120 individuals with autism and successfully enhanced their career planning, self-determination, and social communication skills. Among them, 65% of individuals with autism secured their desired jobs and maintained employment for more than three months. Additionally, 21% of individuals with autism pursued further education to pursue their personal goals.
The project also provides Virtual Reality (VR) workshops for employers to enhance their understand on the needs of PWA and promote acceptance among workplace.

We believe PWA possess unique strengths and potentials. With vocational training, they are able to unleash their strengths.
Service Targets
