Farmfresh330 Commended as Consumer Caring Company
This was the second consecutive years for farmfresh330 to be commended as Consumer Caring Company implemented by GS1 Hong Kong. The award presentation ceremony was held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 10 June 2021.
The Consumer Caring Scheme aims to recognize local enterprises which pursue consumer care as top priority throughout their businesses. They are committed to the belief "Customer for Life”, through making continuous improvement on products, services and processes to exceed consumer expectation and nurture customer loyalty.
Staff from Social Enterprise Won the Award at the "HKRP Life Driver Election 2020" implemented by the Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power
Shop manager of farmfresh330 won the award at the "HKRP Life Driver Election 2020" implemented by the Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power for recognizing the positive attitude on embracing his life and contribution to the society. The ceremony was held on 15 May 2021.
2019 Service & Courtesy Award
Ms. Cheng Fung Yi, Shop Manager of New Life Convenience Store, won the Bronze Award in the Social Enterprises Category of the "2019 Service & Courtesy Award” presented by Hong Kong Retail Management Association. Another representative from farmfresh330 was also shortlisted as finalist. The award presentation ceremony was held on 3 Dec 2019.
2019 Best Practice Awards in Social Welfare
"Experience ‧ Awareness ‧ Reflection” Project (親歷．思．覺」計劃) of Community Services and"JC TourHeart - eGPS” (賽馬會心導遊計劃 - 情緒GPS) of Clinical Psychological Service were awarded with the"Outstanding Service Award” at the 2019 Best Practice Awards in Social Welfare organized by HKCSS, which were 2 out of the 10 winning projects in the category. The award presentation was held on 8 November 2019.
Hong Kong Social Enterprise Outstanding Employee Recognition 2019
To express appreciation and recognition to the outstanding employees of social enterprises, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Social Enterprise Ltd. (HKGCSE) joined hands with the Social Enterprise Summit 2019 to organize the "Social Enterprise Outstanding Employee Recognition Project 2019". Nine staff from our social enterprises received awards as Outstanding Employees, two of them had received long service award. The award presentation ceremony was held on 5 November 2019.
Social Enterprise Endorsement (SEE) Mark
delight kitchen and New Life Convenience Store were awarded the SEE mark at "Start-up” level and "Advanced” level respectively. It is another success after caf330, farmfresh330 and rwb330. The awards were presented at the ‘‘HKGCSE 10th Anniversary Ceremony cum SE Symposium’’ on 17 September 2019.>
Outstanding Certified Organic Farm Competition 2018
New Life Farm received the "The Best Certified Organic Farm Award ”, "Merit in Organic Nutrition Control” and "Merit in Organic Pests Control” awards in the Outstanding Certified Organic Farm Competition 2018 organized by the Hong Kong Organic Resources Centre. The awards recognized the farm’s competency in organic production, with zero defects recorded in organic certification audits, as well as enhanced skills and knowledge in farm management and control. The award was presented at the Hong Kong Organic Day on 5 May 2019.
"Quality Organic Retailer” 2018
This was the second consecutive years for farmfresh330 was honoured to receive the "Quality Organic Retailer” award from the Hong Kong Organic Resources Centre in recognition of its service excellence in organic retail operation as well as selling quality organic products to customers. The award ceremony was held on 22 June 2018.
Social Capital Builder (SCB) Awards 2016-2018
To accord recognition to individuals, enterprises/organisations which have contributed to the development of social capital in Hong Kong, and to commend outstanding CIIF-funded projects, the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) of the Labour and Welfare Bureau has organised the biennial SCB Awards since 2012. The Awards provide an opportunity for various sectors of the community to witness and share the achievements in building social capital in Hong Kong. New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association has hourned with Social Capital Builder Awards for 2016-2018.
The award presentation ceremony has been held on 6 January 2017.
Hong Kong Emerging Service Brand Awards 2017
café330 had proudly received the "Hong Kong Emerging Service Brand Awards 2017”. The award was organized by The Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong and Brand Development Council, to select up-and-coming young brand names aged less than 8 years, The judging is primarily based on six criteria, namely Reputation, Distinctiveness, Innovation, Quality, Image, as well as Environmental Performance & Social Responsibility.
Social Enterprise Award Scheme 2017
cafe330 had received meritorious award under Social Enterprise Award Scheme 2017. The scheme was organized by the Home Affairs Bureau and the Social Enterprise Advisory Committee to recognize outstanding social enterprises for sharing the best practices in the sector.
2017 Service & Courtesy Award
Shop Manager of farmfresh330, Mr. Wong Chi Fai, won the Silver Award (Social Enterprise Category) in 2017 Service & Courtesy Award. Another two representatives from cafe330 were also shortlisted as finalists.
The award scheme was organized by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association.

New Life Farm was awarded with "The second runner up of the Best Certified Organic Farm Award 2016”, "Merit in Organic Planting (Non-designated Crops)” and "Merit in Organic Pests Control” under the Outstanding Certified Organic Farm Competition 2016 organized by the Hong Kong Organic Resources Centre (HKORC). The awards recognized the farm competency in organic production with zero defects recorded in organic certification audit and enhanced skills and knowledge in farm management and control. The awards were presented at the Hong Kong Organic Day on 20 March 2016.
2015-16 Talent-Wise Employment Charter and Inclusive Organisations Recognition Scheme
New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association and New Life Support Enterprises Limited have hourned with "Innovation Award for Inclusive Organisation” and "Outstanding Mentor Award for Inclusive Organisation” at 2015-16 Talent-Wise Employment Charter and Inclusive Organisations Recognition Scheme organised by The Labour and Welfare Bureau in collaboration with the Rehabilitation Advisory Committee, the Hong Kong Joint Council for People with Disabilities and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service.
The award presentation ceremony cum experience sharing session has been held on 29 February 2016.
WRAP® Centers of Excellence Certification
New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association has been recognised and certified as WRAP® Centers of Excellence by The Copeland Centre for Wellness and Recovery under International WRAP® Centers of Excellence Certification Program (IWCEC).
The WRAP® Centers of Excellence is to recognise the organisation of the success to promote high quality transformational experiences through Wellness Recovery Action Plan facilitation.
