newlife.330 Organises Holistic Well-being Workshops for the Hong Kong Museum of Art Exhibition
From June to July, New Life's newlife.330 had the privilege of creating a series of holistic well-being workshops and experiential activities for the Hong Kong Museum of Art's exhibition "The Art of Delighting in Gardens: Chinese and Foreign Garden Art". The response was overwhelmingly enthusiastic, attracting over 380 members of the public to find inner peace within an artistic atmosphere.

The programme featured a rich array of activities, including seven "Mindful Breathing Experience" sessions, accompanied by mindfulness audio recordings. Participants were able to immerse themselves in the cultural ambiance of the museum, experiencing inner tranquility and balance through breathing exercises.
In addition, nine thematic workshops were conducted on topics including "Bonsai: Returning to Tranquility", "Dried Flowers: Expressing Feelings" and "Rubbings: The Beauty of Nature". These workshops guided participants to reconnect with nature through their five senses, encouraging them to slow down amid their daily rush and focus on savouring the present moment.
New Life is dedicated to promoting holistic well-being (330) and encouraging the public to integrate mindfulness elements into daily life. The Association looks forward to partnering with more organisations to promote the 330 health concept, enabling everyone to find peace and strength in their everyday lives.
New Life Co-hosts ‘Digital Technology & Community Care Experiential Day’ with Partners
New Life co-hosted the "Digital Technology & Community Care Experiential Day" with TamJai International Limited and HK01. Accompanied by student volunteers serving as "Digital Mentors", participants from New Life learnt practical digital skills—such as scanning QR codes and using mobile apps for food ordering. Through hands-on practice, they were able to build their digital confidence that fostered greater community integration.

The activity not only enhanced participants' independent living skills, but also demonstrated the impact of business-NGO partnerships in promoting community inclusion. New Life looks forward to continuing its collaboration with partners from all sectors to build an inclusive and caring society.
