Sharing At ‘Carer’ Seminar

The Hong Kong Volunteer Programme Of The 15th National Games


On 20 July, Miss Annie TAM Kam-lan, GBS, JP, Chairperson of New Life and Mr Thomas CHU Sai-ming, CEO of New Life (second and first from right in the photo on the right) attended the launching ceremony of The Hong Kong Volunteer Programme of the 15th National Games to extend their support to this major volunteer programme. From now until 20 September, eligible individuals, companies and organisations can apply as volunteers.
Solution Provider Of HKQAA ESG Connect Program

New Life’s social enterprises, so330 and delight kitchen, signed up for the HKQAA ESG Connect Program as solution providers. By participating in this initiative, which aims to promote the sustainable development of ESG by establishing and developing an ESG Connect Ecosystem, so330 and delight kitchen are dedicated to leveraging their expertise as social enterprises to support both mentor organizations and participants in enhancing their ESG practices in their business operations.
Awards For E-waste Management & Partnership 2024


New Life’s service units, GREEN@KWAI TSING and The Wellness Centre, received two awards at the ALBA IWS Awards Presentation Ceremony for E-waste Management & Partnership 2024, in appreciation of New Life’s contributions to environmental services.
AECOM Charity Sale


New Life’s vocational rehabilitation service units, including Kwai Shing Sheltered Workshop, New Life Building Sheltered Workshop, Jockey Club Sun Workshop, and Shek Pai Wan Integrated Work Centre, took part in AECOM’s two-day Charity Sale. Our service users showcased the products made by Persons in Recovery to AECOM’s staff members and introduced the importance of mental well-being.
Local Organic Watermelon Festival 2024

On 21 to 22 June, New Life Farm participated in the Local Organic Watermelon Festival 2024, held by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department at Maritime Square 1. New Life’s representatives showcased local organic watermelons and other high-quality agricultural products, including organic eggplants, sweet potatoes, and pumpkins, enabling visitors to understand the benefits of organic farming while promoting the importance of mental health.

Kwai Shing Sheltered Workshop: ECF Food Sharing Project Family Love Soup & Poon Choi Feast: Together We Build a Harmonious Community


The ECF Food Sharing Project once again partnered with Inchcape to host the "Family Love Soup & Poon Choi Feast: Together We Build a Harmonious Community” event at New Life’s social enterprise restaurant, so330.


Residents of the Walled Villages were invited to share the significance and art of making Poon choi, offering participants a deeper understanding of the culture and nutritional value of the cuisine. The event aimed to provide support and care to members of the project, who enjoyed various dishes delicately prepared by so330 and took part in interactive quizzes.
330 Mooncakes

As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, New Life is proud to present the 330 Mooncakes, in collaboration with the reputable Hong Kong pastry brand "Patisserie La Lune”. The mooncake packaging features artwork by rehabilitated artist Ms. CHAN Ching-man, themed on "Taste of Hong Kong”, and is imprinted with "330”, symbolising well-being in body (3), mind (3), and spirit (0).
The 330 Mooncakes are available in two flavours: lava custard and lava matcha, made by the lava egg yolk from "Patisserie La Lune" and matcha from Japan. The mooncakes features a crispy crust, a creamy filling, and a moderate level of sweetness, offering an unforgettable taste. All mooncakes are locally made and contain no preservatives.
