New Life’s iSPA-Support Center for Persons with Autism partnered with MTR to organise the "Train The Future” industry sharing session for young patients with Autism to illustrate the concept of career planning, reveal the latest industry developments and enhance their understanding of MTR’s business development. Apart from the introduction talk on career planning given by New Life, MTR’s representatives have also presented the company’s Apprentice Training Programme to the participants and invited a graduate from the programme to share his personal experience and learnings.

The sharing session also received unwavering support from Fortress Hill Methodist Secondary School and Hong Kong Association for Transport Education. Young patients with Autism and their teachers were invited to share how an interest in transportation could help these teenagers build personal careers as an encouragement to other young patients for earlier career planning.
