• Heart • Speak 330 - Rekindling Genuine Connections" was successfully held on 30 March at D•PARK.
New Life was honoured to have Dr. Libby Lee, JP, Deputy Secretary for Health as the officiating guest at the ceremony. ‘Listen · Heart · Speak 330’ Interactive Booths Guide Public in Exploring Holistic Wellbeing

The two-day event concluded successfully, featuring five key experiential zones: Village Chat Room, "Walk in Others' Shoes” Pavilion, Mood Tea Lounge, Heartfelt Photo Studio and LEGO® Collaborative Workshop. Participants adopted a "villager" identity to practice active listening, empathy, communication and connection. The event attracted over 10,300 attendees, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
‘Listen · Heart · Speak 330’ x Sleep Well Masterclass: Shall We Talk Sleep Tips

Supported by "Shall We Talk", the event also featured an innovative "Sleep Well Masterclass” Booth where participants learned about tips for developing healthy sleep habits through interactive games. The activity highlighted how sleep quality and patterns significantly impact both the holistic wellbeing.

At the "Shall We Talk" booth, engaging demonstrations taught practical techniques for achieving deeper sleep, improving overall sleep quality, cultivating positive mood through better rest and eventually maintaining holistic wellbeing.
