“Learn to rest, to live well and enjoy life” Stories Sharing x 30-day on 330 Micro-break Ideas

New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association strives to promote the "recovery-oriented” services and embraces the holistic health of the body (3), mind (3) and spirit (0). The Association encourages every one of us to integrate the dayday330 habit into the daily lives and care about our own 330 well-being.

Research evidence has shown that taking a micro break by doing something you enjoy with every day can help reduce stress, relieve emotions and enhance well-being. Launched in early 2019, the dayday330 Campaign aims to encourage every one of us to practice a 330 micro-break every day to indulge ourselves in something we enjoy doing according to our own schedule. As at 30 May 2022, over 6,400 general public had signed the 330 Charter to make a personal pledge for taking care about their 330 well-being and 130 supporting organizations had joined the campaign.


To nurture the readers’ dayday330 habit, the Association published a new book - "Learn to rest, to live well and enjoy life” in 2022. The insights of holistic 330 well-being and 330 stories were shared by the professionals and people from various fields under four different themes, including:

  • Happiness Sharing
  • Mindfulness
  • Mindful Parenting
  • Savouring
  •  

    "This book aims to encourage every one of us to nurture a habit of practicing a ‘330 micro break’. We can indulge ourselves in something we enjoy doing such as having a mindful exercise. This also serves as a warm reminder to all of us to care about our own 330 well-being.”
