Funded by Arts Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities, New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (New Life) launched the "Arts330 - Art Training and Development Program” for a period of 24 months in January 2020. Through visual art activities, participants gain the opportunity to improve their art techniques and creativity as well as the art appreciation level. To demonstrate the art talent of People in Recovery (PIR) of mental illness to the public, Arts330 has displayed PIR’s artworks at the MTR Community Galleries at Wong Chuk Hang and Olympic Stations in November 2021.

Earlier in October 2021, with support from Shatin Pui Ying College, more than 10 students had joined in the Arts330 program and made their art creations onto four pillars at their campus together with PIRs. During the creation process, those students knew PIRs more and recognized their ability in art. Through the activity, PIRs were given chance to learn from the students and promoted social inclusion.
