    Mindfulness podcasts for Cathay Pacific

newlife.330, an initiative of the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (NLPRA), strives to bring mindfulness into everyday life through various programmes and events that empower well-being among the general public.

Whether we are travelling for business or leisure, a pleasant journey starts with well-being and peace of mind. In view of such, in September 2018 newlife.330 launched a new series of guided mindfulness audio exercises for passengers travelling with Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon. Through simple and easy mindfulness practices, passengers will be able to relax and enjoy the ride.

The 6 featured podcasts focus on passengers’ needs during flight, covering inflight situations like flight anxiety, jetlag as well as simple mindfulness exercise including mindful eating, mindful stretching, body scan and mindful listening.
