Bad Weather Arrangements:

To ensure the participant's safety, our institute has formulated the following arrangements:

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or

[Extreme Condition]is issued

          

Class arrangement

The signal/warning is issued during class

All classes will be cancelled

The signal/warning is still in force at 7 am

Full-day classes and classes before 2 pm will be cancelled

The signal/warning is still in force at 12 noon

Classes from 2 pm or later to 6 pm will be cancelled

The signal/warning is still in force at 4 pm

Classes at 6 pm or later will be cancelled

Class arrangement

The signal is issued before the office hours

If the travel and weather conditions permit, participant should attend classes as usual

The signal is issued during office hours

All classes will continue and office will be open as usual

Black Rainstorm warning signal

Class arrangement

Signal is issued during office hours

Class will continue as scheduled

The signal/warning is still in force at 7:00 am

Full-day classes and classes before 2 pm will be cancelled

The signal/warning is still in force at 12 noon

Classes from 2 pm or later to 6 pm will be cancelled

The signal/warning is still in force at 4 pm

Classes after 6 will be cancelled

  • Please note that announcements from Education Bureau and Vocational Training Council do not apply to our institute.

  • For classes affected by adverse weather, our institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class as appropriate, without providing a refund.
