Breaking New Ground in Training

Greenery Villa is located on Tsing Lun Road in Tuen Mun, adjacent to Tuen Mun Hospital. It was originally the government hostel of Castle Peak Hospital with a total area of 18,214 square meters. The Villa has been renovated to be used as hostels by various non-government organisations since September 2005. The Association obtained the contract for providing property management and cleaning services for Greenery Villa which in turn created new training and employment opportunities for people with mental illness. For years, we have been improving and expanding cleaning and relevant services, in an attempt to provide community-based work training opportunities in an actual work setting to help people with mental illness develop their potentials. This contract is the first one that covers services associated with property management. The scope of services includes:

		Security services including access control, patrolling, reporting and recording
		Cleaning services for public area such as car park and other open spaces including clearing of drainage channels
		Refuse collection and disposal service
		Ground maintenance works including watering, grass cutting, pruning, trimming, fertilising and pest control
		Facility management and minor repair works
