- “Positive Adventure with Recovery” was launched to improve young people’s awareness, knowledge and skills regarding mental wellness and facilitate mutual understanding and respect between the youth and people in recovery.
- To promote the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, we collaborated with Dialogue in the Dark to deliver anti-stigma message through integrating the teaching materials of “Mind‧Care‧Navigation” with interactive activities, such as acoustic navigation, visual navigation and life tour in the social inclusion programs.
||“Being Well, Lighting Hope for Youth” was launched to enhance young people’s concern, knowledge and techniques on mental health management and provide an interactive platform for the youth and people in recovery.
||“Youth Compass” was launched for young people to learn mental health knowledge and communication skills in relating with people in recovery.
||Initiated the first Chinese version of web-based cognitive behavioural therapy programme “MIND EASY” with the Department of Psychology of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, supported by the Health Care and Promotion Fund.
||Organized the “Seeing Heart 180 – Youth Mental Health Project” with the Department of Psychology of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, funded by the Health Care and Promotion Fund of the Food and Health Bureau. The project aimed to introduce the concept of holistic health to teenagers through specially-designed green experiential activities and publicity platforms.
||Launched the “Wise Up to Mental Health” programme and conducted seminars, workshops and training to enhance the mental health knowledge among secondary school students.
